"We so regret ever having trusted State Farm. It's been a nightmare that just doesn't want to end. My partner collided with an e-bike in July; the accident was deemed not to be his fault. First they told us the tow wasn't covered although we have full coverage (took a few calls to get it fixed) and now three and a half months later we're still waiting for the payment and the bike shop is sick of having our demolished scooter taking space while State Farm does nothing but drag their heels. And get this, they tried to get the title from us without telling us the amount; when we said that's not going to happen, suddenly they magically had the number: 25% less than purchase price for a brand new scooter (400 miles on the odometer). When we tried to get their attention, we got a snooty reply from Laura, "I don't work in claims." Well, why are you then collecting a portion of our payments if you don't want to do anything? To this day I've never seen Alan, never heard from him, and he's supposed to be our agent. So, yeah, this isn't an insurance company you'd want to work with. No wonder they are getting sued on the other side of the country. I guess it has to happen over here too."
